Oh no! We're sorry your order didn't work out, so help us fix it for you! We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your item, you are eligible to return it! But first, answer these questions:
✔️ Did you order it 30 days ago or less?
✔️ Is it in the same condition you got it in?
✔️ It's unworn, and in the same condition it arrived in? (and yes we can tell when something's been worn!)
If you answered yes to all 3 questions, then you've got 3 options:
|STORE CREDIT:||Receive RaverNationShop.com store credit for the amount of your return.|
|REFUND:||Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a shipping fee. Once we approve your refund request, you have THREE days to ship it back to us or your request is voided and your items are ineligible!|
|EXCHANGE:||You love it it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock.|
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include the shipping cost. Orders with free shipping will have actual shipping deducted from the refund amount. Orders with free items from a promotion code/sale will have 10% deducted from the refund amount.
Our full return policy is below but here's a quick breakdown on our return policy and what is needed from you to make a return:
|Original condition:||Unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging. Also less than 30 days since you ordered your item.|
|Shipping fees:||Will not be credited unless we messed up on our end.|
|Exchange:||Just let us know what you want your exchange to be in your return request! Can also be done using your store credit.|
|Processing refund:||Takes us a few days, so please be a little patient with us.|
|Non-refundable:||Clearance/Sale Items, Special Order Items, Hoods, Fluffies, Outerwear, Halloween costumes, any item used or altered.|
|All items:||Returned will be given store credit/refund for the purchase price.|

- Any items that are generally worn without undergarments
- Unsealed Hosiery, body stockings, panty-style bottoms
- Items with tags removed.
- Items with panty liner removed.
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.
- Items that have lotion, body glitter, deodorant/cosmetic stains on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Special Order Items
- Closeout and Sale Items
- Shoes, Footwear
We will not reimburse you for shipping fees for items sent back that are ineligible for returns. Please pack your returns carefully!
*One-time exception reshipments are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
If we screwed up (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise or a manufacturer defect), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and provide a USPS paid shipping label via email for orders within the United States. If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. It can take up to 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed so please be patient! Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not released back to the customer until we receive the product being returned and we inspect it to ensure it is still new and unused so please allow a 7-day processing window after we receive your items to issue your refund.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed on our website. If you need to cancel an order, you have a small window of opportunity to do so. Please send us an email at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
