      Oh no! We're sorry your order didn't work out, so help us fix it for you! If you are not satisfied with your item, you are eligible to return it for a refund or store credit.


      All returns can be issued as a refund or store credit.  

      • Returns for Refund: Must be initiated within 15 days of purchase date. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your return. 
      • Returns for Store Credit: Must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date. You will receive a full refund amount in the form of store credit (minus shipping return costs). 
      • Shipping is non-refundable. 
      • We no longer accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must return the item to be issued store credit. Then you can use your store credit to purchase a different size. 
      • If your account has been flagged for abuse of returns, we can't accept your return. 


      Which items are ineligible to return?

      • Clearance/Sale Items
      • Handmade/Made To Order Items
      • Special Order Items
      • Accessories such as (but not limited to): Hoods, Fluffies, Leg Wraps, Glitter, Jewels, GloFX items, Sojourner Items, Outerwear
      • Halloween costumes
      • Any item used, altered, laundered, or appear to have been worn. 
      • Any men's items. 
      • Items without the hygienic liner attached will not be accepted for either a refund or store credit and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the items to you.
      • Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for refund, or store credit.

      We will not reimburse you for shipping fees for items sent back that are ineligible for returns. Please pack your returns carefully!
      *One-time exception reshipments are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.


      If we screwed up (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise or a manufacturer defect), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and provide a USPS paid shipping label via email for orders within the United States.
 If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
      If you receive a defective item, you *must* email us within 48 hours of your shipment being delivered with photos of your defective item, otherwise we cannot accept returns for them.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. It can take up to 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed so please be patient! Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
 Refunds are not released back to the customer until we receive the product being returned and we inspect it to ensure it is still new and unused so please allow a 7-day processing window after we receive your items to issue your refund or store credit. 

      We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed on our website. If you need to cancel an order, you have a small window of opportunity to do so. Please send us an email at within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
