      Turnaround Time

      Orders are processed 5 days a week Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed on weekdays before 11am PST are usually processed within one to three business days from receipt of order.

      All U.S. orders take a max of 3 days from when they are received to being shipped out (not including weekends or holidays). International orders take a max of 5 days from when they are received to being shipped out (not including weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. (If Monday is a holiday, it will ship Tuesday).

      Any handmade items are made-to-order and can vary on when they will be shipped out. Please read the product description for information on shipping time for handmade items.

      Prices listed below may vary based on weight & location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

      The transit delivery times listed below are from when your order is SHIPPED, not from the day you place your order.

      Delivery dates are not guaranteed, unless you place an order with Express Shipping (available upon request).

      *Orders with invalid addresses will require additional processing time. 


      USPS First Class Package:

      Delivery Time: 3-6 Business Days
      (Free for orders over $100!)

      USPS Priority Mail: 
      Cost: Starting at $10.50
      Delivery Time: 1-3 Business Days

      USPS Priority Mail Express: 
      Available upon request. Send us an email at before placing your order and we'll help you with shipping upgrades)
      Cost: Starting at $45
      Delivery Time: 1 Business Day



      Orders are shipped at a flat rate for Priority Mail International. Certain products also use FedEx International Shipping.  (We are working to diversify our shipping methods for International Orders so as not to always have a single flat rate method. We appreciate your patience!)


      Package Liability

      Once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer liable for where your package ends up. Liability falls on the mail carrier (USPS, DHL, etc) at this point in time. First class mail does not come with insurance from USPS. If a package is lost using first class mail, no insurance claim can be filed with USPS and there is nothing more we can do to locate a package. We highly recommend choosing priority mail if you are worried about a lost package. However, packages are only insured up to $50 without additional charges to your order. If a package is lost using priority mail, you can file a claim here.  


      Route Shipping Insurance

      RaverNationShop is happy to announce we now offer Route Shipping Insurance! By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. 

      We HIGHLY recommend insuring every package with Route Shipping Insurance. Route Insurance can be purchased at the checkout, and the cost varies with the value of your order. Route Insurance will send you an email after you place an order with instructions on how to file a claim if a package is missing, lost, or stolen.

      **Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.**



      If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


      Important Notes:

      • Shipping rates are weight-based and vary depending on the total weight of your package.
      • International orders: the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes.
